Glow Ingredients is an editorial review site for Korean skincare. We exist because the K-beauty category is dominated by influencer hauls and brand-funded "best of" lists — and the people looking for an actual collagen mask, an actual vitamin C serum, an actual retinol that won't wreck their barrier deserve better.
Every guide on this site is the output of a 12-week testing protocol: hands-on use across three skin types, instrument-measured hydration and TEWL, and a final ranking made before we look at what any retailer is paying us in commissions.
Yuna Park — Senior Editor and cosmetic chemist (MSc Cosmetic Science, University of the Arts London). Previously formulated for two K-beauty indie brands; writes the ingredient guides and runs the testing methodology.
Dr. Elaine Cho — Medical reviewer. Board-certified dermatologist (Seoul); fact-checks every guide for clinical accuracy and irritation risk before publication.
Min-Ji Ryu — Routines editor. Beauty journalist who's covered the K-beauty industry for nine years. Writes the how-to and routine-building content.
Hana P., Mina K., Claire M., Sunny L. and 8 others — Our 12-person testing panel, spanning dry, combination, oily, and reactive skin types, ages 24 to 52.
